WoodPassport ®
Link every container to its verification dossier.
A common reference links the operation, lot and container, with three levels of information:
- WoodPassport®
- The complete AMA verification dossier, linked to the operation, lot and container. Access according to permissions is planned for a future client area, not yet operational.
- WoodPassport® Authority
- An optional documentary summary accompanying the commercial invoice, Packing List and Bill of Lading; it presents the main checks carried out for the lot.
- WoodPassport® Origin
- Optionally, authorised information for your customers: a QR code may link to a dedicated, customisable page outside the personal area, with one year's hosting.
The basic AMA audit, including WoodPassport®, is charged at a fixed fee. WoodPassport® Origin is an option subject to an additional fixed fee, including a dedicated, customisable web page accessible by QR code, with one year’s hosting.

WoodPassport® Authority
A documentary summary accompanying the commercial invoice, Packing List and Bill of Lading; it presents the main checks undertaken for the lot to demonstrate that a due diligence procedure has been carried out for that lot.
It shows that a due diligence procedure has been carried out for the lot concerned and presents the main checks performed by AMA.
This optional document provides an additional element of transparency, credibility and rigour, particularly useful when the operation’s documents are examined by authorities or inspection services.

02 / WoodPassport® Authority · shipment and packages
A summary with your shipping documents.
WoodPassport® Authority accompanies the lot’s export documents, including the commercial invoice, Packing List and Bill of Lading. This optional summary presents the main checks performed, without opening the importer’s confidential dossier.

WoodPassport® Authority accompanies the documents useful to authorities and inspection services.
- 03 Access according to permissions
The QR code gives no public access to the complete dossier and replaces neither checks nor required regulatory documents.
Labels on packages, at the importer's request.
Labels bearing the WoodPassport® reference and an associated QR code may be affixed to the relevant packages. This reference links the Authority document, operation, container and dossier; a simple scan does not give unrestricted access to confidential documents.
Secure dossier access: planned functionality, with no active authentication. The current QR code contains demonstration text only; assignment and affixing arrangements remain to be confirmed.
03 / Dossier access
A space for your documents.
Using the common WoodPassport® reference, the importer should be able to retrieve the complete operation dossier in a secure private area, according to its permissions. Viewing and downloading documents remain subject to appropriate authorisation.
This private area is distinct from the WoodPassport® Authority summary intended for authorities and the public WoodPassport® Origin page.

WoodPassport® Origin — Turn your traceability work into a commercial advantage.
Selected information. An origin made clear.
A customisable public page, accessible by a QR code that can be placed on an invoice, commercial document or product label (including in large retail stores), allows your customers to consult authorised information on timber origin and the checks performed for each identified lot.

Supplier identities, invoices, prices and sensitive commercial information remain in the importer’s confidential audit dossier. They are reproduced neither in Authority nor in Origin. Only verified, expressly authorised, non-confidential information may be published in Origin.
WoodPassport® Origin is an optional service charged at an additional fixed fee, including a dedicated, customisable web page outside the personal area and hosting for one year. It presents only selected and authorised non-confidential information.
Printable sheet, commercial document, label, display or shelf signage: selected information may be shared on these media, with possible QR access to the dedicated page.

Who can see what?
- WoodPassport® — Complete dossier with controlled access
- The complete operation dossier brings together the documents, analyses, checks, findings, reservations and conclusions of the assignment. Access is planned through a private area with controlled access, according to authorised permissions.
- WoodPassport® Authority — Summary intended for authorities
- An optional documentary summary accompanying the commercial invoice, Packing List and Bill of Lading; it presents the main checks carried out for the lot.
- WoodPassport® Origin — Selected public information
- Optionally, authorised information for your customers: a QR code may link to a dedicated, customisable page outside the personal area, with one year's hosting.
WoodPassport®, WoodPassport® Authority and WoodPassport® Origin are neither certification nor a general guarantee of compliance. They do not replace the operator’s responsibilities or applicable formalities, including the DDS where required.
Supplier identities, invoices, prices, signatures and sensitive commercial information remain restricted to the commissioning importer’s confidential audit dossier. They are reproduced neither in WoodPassport® Authority nor in Origin. A QR code grants no right of access to the complete dossier. Origin presents only an expressly authorised, non-confidential selection.
