AGROFOREST MONITORING AGENCY S.A.C. is the data controller. Mandatory fields allow us to receive and respond to your enquiry. Processing is based on the pre-contractual steps you request, or on AMA’s legitimate interests in handling other professional enquiries and ensuring service security.

Enquiries are recorded in Gravity Forms with access restricted to authorised AMA personnel, who may operate from Peru, and technical service providers within the scope of their duties. An internal notification containing your reference is sent to contact@agroforest.agency; no automatic acknowledgement is emailed to you.

Enquiries with no further follow-up are retained for 12 months after the last exchange, or after receipt if no exchange takes place. Prospects receiving commercial follow-up are retained for up to three years after the last contact initiated by the prospect. Client and contractual records are subject to separate retention rules.
